ok, so maybe the "IT" box on the floor is joking around with me again, I did say I was not going to record the points (round the pounds instead) and today it rounded yesterdays for me! 167.8 to 168 today! EKKKKK stop it you silly idiot box on the floor. Leave me alone! well it probably would say back to me "HEY stop stepping on me EVERYDAY & I'll leave you alone, you crazy obsessed human!" LOL, well at least I got a chuckle out of it. After all it is a game! But sometimes I feel it is a game that I have a disadvantage playing. Oh well, I'll take it one day, one meal, one MOMENT at a time.
Today is an off day, but I'm staying with low carb salad stuff for lunch and dinner or maybe I'll make some ground beef something for dinner, been craving that! I know It should be a quiet weekend for me, my son & his GF are leaving today but will be back by July 4th, so maybe I'll take it easy and catch up on my sleep :-)

Just let me say.... a good go poo will move that box down... can make a difference each day if you don't empty out...…….but enjoy our LOW CARB way of life.. eat that g beef if you want... just fill up on L.C foods...……..have a great weekend..

thanks SJW for your comment. Yep I will weigh myself before & after a 'poo' lol. This morning I weighed at 166.4 and after I thought gee that must have been at least a .4 elimination....but nope IT-BOX still showed the 166.4 but thats ok, there were times it would show a point increase and I would really get upset, but now I just laugh....sometimes :-)

Don't concern yourself with the scale..how are your clothes fitting ? That's what really counts.
