Dropped 2.5 lb this week.
Eating Meat, Healthy Fats.
Monitoring my BMR, so as to not under eat.
63.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
