There's a wake-up call - I am a lazy keyboarder - I've gotten used to just changing the last or last two digits on my weigh in - well today i dropped into the 180's, and just changed the last 2 digits and hit save - got the warning you're gaining significantly.... Oops! Hoping it will save this weigh in.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
