Very disappointed because I worked so hard this week, but it is a loss. I will pull myself u by the bootstraps and keep on truckin.

73.6 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg. Still to go: 3.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Don’t be disappointed! Every ounce adds up and knowing you did your best is what counts. Your body will catch up to the hard work you put in.
