calories do matter 😂 I know. I'm not fat adapted yet. the hunger is annoying. gained a few pounds. this time I'm not quitting. this is life especially since my BP IS normal in KETO. Last time I did this I made it a month and felt starved even though I had tons of fat. I am almost finished with all the dairy I bought and am going to switch to fat that won't potentially cause an autoimmune response. the Almond butter gave me a migraine, maybe it was just coincidental. I'll try that again. mother was right, ha, everything in moderation.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks!! I started Atkins 2 months ago and was not that hungry. Switched to Keto 3 weeks ago. It is just started to subside and I am starting to fill up quicker during meals.
