Yo-yo. Today I will drink 72 Ounces of water. I will keep my Carbs under 8 grams and I will keep my calories around 1300. I will get 1/2 of exercise in. In 2016 I got to 143 lbs and quit because the scale stopped moving. I need to get past this plateau and be proud of myself.
65.6 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
