I have been slowly changing my eating habits to a new style and changed up some exercises to make them more challenging. Although my weight is up a little, my clothes are fitting better, so I am sure the weight will come back down. i am excited to see how this new change will work for me.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
