Started four day fast to get this weight under control again.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m new and have been seeing a lot of posts about fasting. Is there something special that you drink when you fast or do you just do water? Just curious... maybe a fast in my future.
