ok good day yesterday and day 3 of the 3 day fat stall breaker diet today. I really enjoy my lunch of chef salad with MCT oil. Adding some different greens to it today, some Chinese chive which is yummy and a little other Chinese veggie. I really do like the flavor of the MCT oil also. It doesn't mask the vegs and has a nice clean taste. Of course tonight is not my fav meal, bone broth & celery, but maybe I'll try saute the celery with some chive and adding it to the broth rather than just drinking the broth down (quickly) & chewing the celery sticks! I was good resisting the wine last night also, that my son had along with chips & salsa, almond butter and toast, and nuts by the handful. WOW I'm amazed I kept strong through that.
