Ate my first restaurant meal since started tracking calories. Hoping I didn't do too much damage. Wellness exam scheduled for tomorrow. Hoping blood sugar, lipids and blood pressure get a good report.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I ate at black bear diner and got a Shasta? omelette with mushrooms instead of tomatoes and it was so perfect for keto. It had avocado and spinach and cheese... yummm
