good morning. Had a nice day yesterday, biked to work (felt good and the morning breeze was refreshing) After work came home and spent time with my younger son then we went over to my parents for a visit at the beach. Today we are going to my favorite book store that is closing the end of the month, Mandelas in Daytona Beach. Don't you just love the smell of an old book store, especially walking into the 1st edition room!

My weight is playing 'creepy' with me again, but I am staying true to my woe, my wol & ME! I feel good so I'm sure my body will figure out what is happening and the weight will respond in a downward trend! Positive actions, Positive thinking = Positive results!

hey joyce - yes, if you post in the comment box...it will show up in your journal...no need to email, but you can if you like it better :) No, I usually do not get to Daytona; Gulf Shores is just so lovely...so I just stay there. But I would totally be up for meeting and greeting at some point. May return w/ my mom in the summer...will let you know. Glad you had such a nice day yesterday. Hang in there...this too shall be conquered. Your positive attitude will see you through. Love.
