Two weeks of 16:8 fasting and LCHF eating

A massive difference already.

I am sleeping better, have more energy, am more focussed, my back is less sore.

I can feel my tummy has gone down as shirts are looser. Most weight lost on my sides (love handles).

My face is thinner and far less bloated.

Progress!
129.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Please can you explain to me how it works when ou finally eat? I keep asking people do you still count your calories or is there specific food you eat and dont eat?

Generally keep carbs under 25g and eat protein and fat. U can count cal but no need to be as strict because the body absorbs and uses the protein and fat. It doesn't get stored like with other food groups

I am not calorie counting at all, just cutting out carbs and sugar. My fat intake is mostly from bulletproof coffee (1 or 2 cups a day). Of course, portion control is important as well. Drinking green tea with stevia and black coffee in between as well.

Well done...my changes were exactly the same...it's so liberating once you start feeling healthy and seeing the positive changes.

What is 16:8? If you don’t mind me asking

16:8 it's a intermittent fasting period. so u don't eat for 16 hours only a 8hr period. so fasting can be a 8pm to 12pn next day n u eat between 12 and 8. it just depends what works for u.
