I am not shocked or discouraged about gaining 1.6 lbs this week. in fact, with the 7 lb weight loss last week, I would have been shocked if I lost weight this week💕 Have a blessed week on this amazing health journey everyone 💕
110.6 kg Lost so far: 18.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
