Well the Birthday Parties( 2 )and West Palm Beach Chef's Culinary Creations Dinner and our 5 Anniversary Dinners did me in !!! SO I'M OVER THE TOP !!! GOOD NEWS Dr. did take me off of some more meds, NSV, now instead of coffee cans full of meds, down to Tuna cans, Played 2 hours of racket ball last night, with some weight lifting and have started playing picklball in addition to my spinning and weight training..And yes my TUMMY has been upset from ALL the different foods, Now back to my ketoooooooo Way of life, don't want my new clothes to go in back of the closet, So I will be strong, and I'm DO N OK !!!
93.0 kg Lost so far: 100.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
