Finally! Yesterday I ate more fat than any other day in my life and I'm down 3 lbs. What was different yesterday? I didn't drink as much water as usual - not intentionally - just busy. Added 2T of spicy mayo and a whole avocado to my salad at lunch, and made cheese chips as an evening snack - used 3/4C shredded taco cheese, 1/4C Parm and lots of Paprika - ate the whole batch - also unintentionally. Had a glass of red wine with Ice, Mio (?) - Pomegranat drops and 0 carb seltzer water. Two 15 minute walks at work, and grocery shopping after work. Feeling happy this morning.
