I had 3 pieces of pizza during the game last night and exclaimed: "I will NOT weigh 122lbs tomorrow!"

@Klynn82 it was so, so good. Eating it actually kind of scared me because this fear rose up inside of me that I would go back to my old ways. Like I would wake up today and lose everything I have worked for and start eating like I used to. I felt this odd comfort and guilt all at once. Fortunately, I have no desire to go back to that. I'm back to eating clean today. It's good to know that I can "cheat" but I don't think I'm going to tempt fate like that too much in the future.

I totally understand that. Anytime I accidentally eat over my 20 carbs, I freak out, like I am going to wake up where I was before. Weight loss is as much mental as it is physical.
