No weight loss today but I am not discouraged. I will keep on trucking and I know as long as I stick to it, the weight will come off. :)
94.4 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 26.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We did not gained weight in one day we will not lose weight in one day... this takes time
