Had a long plateau since the New Year then gradually went back to old eating habits. Just started a 7-Day Shred plan to kickstart weight loss and renew my discipline for eating and tracking. Macros/7-Day Plan from the former head trainer of my gym.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
