back on track?
I'd really like to hit that 206 mark again, even if it had every one asking if I was sick I actually felt (physically) better than at any other point.
107.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
