Just about to surpass my 2nd incremental goal weight.
The ultimate goal is to weigh 190lbs or less.

Nantz, I take it day by day. I focus on calories and I use 2000 a day as my goal. I go over probably 3 times a week and come in under 3 times a week. I try not to stress over eating a donut, a chocolate shake, a burger or fries. I found once you get a rhythm or habit formed then success breeds more success. Lastly, I am trying to make this my new me so it may take 3 years to meet my ultimate goal weight. All I can say is the old me wasn't working so what did I have to lose?

FB, (can't call you F...y) I love that if you have a "high" day, you compensate for it with an "under" day. That just makes sense! So often if I make one bad choice I end up throwing in the towel. I think having some grace for your mistakes can be a good thing - especially in dieting. A "high" calorie day can easily be rectified if you don't let them pile up and get away from you. No stressing - I need to remember that. Once again, thanks for sharing.Good stuff!
