Had a very goodnightsleep. i woke up at 11:30!!! so my weigh-in might be a little distorted.
i am very proud to say i weigh below 88 kilo, i stopped believing that, since i didn't loose any weight for about 3 months. But now the race has started anew...
i am also very proud that i did not resolve to food yesterday other than piling up my plate a bit more but the food was lean, so it wasn't too bad...
