okkkk Day 2 of the 4 day adventure :-) So far so good. I resisted temptation last night with my son, his fiance and her mom. I ate my meal before they started cooking and had a tall cup of ice water while they ate and we visited sitting outside which was very nice.
tonights dinner is not my favorite meal so as long as I get through it I'll be fine the next 2 days.
Yes I know the # did go off fast but I tend to hold on to 5# when I'm not watching what I eat and it has 'morfted'(is that a word) into a BIG 10+ pound weight gain from my usual 'keep around high weight' and I DO NOT FEEL good at this weight (over 160 I started feeling 'not myself' and down) so I have to get this OFF now and get back into getting down to my desired weight of 138-142.
I understand it is not about the weight/pounds/etc etc. But at this high weight (anything over 160) IT IS about that for ME!
So lets get back into the groove and keep going!
I did check out the youtube thing someone recommended about the 30 day self hypnosis for weight loss, last night before sleep and it was interesting. I'll probably do it again tonight.
