5 lbs. in 5 days. Enjoying the typical big drops at the beginning of diet change. Hoping to keep it up until at least Wed. Would love to see 10 lbs. down by then to jumpstart the process and keep me encouraged. Adding the gym 3x/week so that should help as well. Waiting for my body to get past the inflammation it's been dealing with from the off-kilter thyroid levels and bread/sugar carbs. I have to be patient while it goes thru its crabby phase but its not as bad as it could be.

Hang in there! It's nice to lose 10lbs in 10 days, just make sure you don't let yourself feel bad when your weight loss slows down after that.
