It helps (NOT!!) that my wife had her left knee replaced last Friday so I have been driving back and forth to Boston or to rehab every day. She is fine and coming home today.

79.5 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg. Still to go: 4.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.0 kg a Week
