I feel good about my weight loss this week. I have really been struggling getting in exercise, but I have been making good food choices. Also I know that I have lost inches off my body in the last month.
84.7 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
