first step to selfimprovement is realization and acknowledgement of the problem.
88.3 kg Lost so far: 24.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree with you entirely. I have an eating addiction, as well. They say recognizing the problem is half the battle. So, we are half way there! :-)
