Your dinner looked amazing as well! I had asparagus with my chicken too. I hope you like this chicken as much as I did!

that looks lush. I do a similar think with salmon and use cream cheese, garlic and crushed nuts for the topping. I think I may pinch your recipe 👍

Ohh, jacshadow that sounds good! What type of nuts? Cashews or almonds? Maybe just a sprinkle of parsley. My mouth is watering too! I don’t have any salmon in the freezer, or any bacon I can eat! LOL but I’ve got talapia and slivered almonds! LOL🙋🏻I know what I’m trying for dinner tomorrow! LOL

pistachio 😂 but any that you like really and parsley sounds lush. another nice topping for fish is pesto and all keto friendly . saw an inspirational quote on my GP's wall this morning. You are 'ONE'. says it all really as we only get one body .... 😊

GG I just layer the salmon with a very thick topping of cream cheese (aldi full fat. about 50 g ) mixed with a bit of garlic and SMP mentioned parsley 👍and then layer it with a topping of crushed nuts of your choice. I cover it so the nuts don't burn and cook for ... not very long as hate over cooked fish but maybe 10 mins. Happy eating 😊👍
