Today is the first time I have weighed myself since April 8th. My family and myself went to Washington to be with our son and granddaughter. That little girl has really given me the ambition and desire to change who I am and who I have allowed myself to come. She is 18 months now and I have got to stay alive to be a positive influence on her. After 9 days on the East CoastI came home 2.8lbs lighter and I even though I would have liked to come home at my goal weight, I am really proud of myself for coming back lighter. Traveling has ALWAYS been my absolute worst Achille's heel! So today I say Alright Alright...onward and downward.
