Happy Friday everyone - I decided to take a much needed day off. I don't have any plans - just going to see where the day takes me. I had a great breakfast this morning with my beautiful wife and waved by as she headed to work. The dogs and I watched a little TV and I had some frittata and polenta for my mid morning snack. I am hoping I get some time to reconnect with my old friends (guitars) this afternoon - It is nice to rekindle the old skills. I used to love playing and when I came home from the hospital I really re-evaluated my life and priorities - why did I stop doing all the things I used to love like playing guitar? Because "I didn't have time" was an all to common theme. It is funny - the time is there if I make it a priority. I hope everyone has an amazing day today pursuing their goals on their life adventure.

Isn’t it amazing when we come to the realization of what is important. I am sorry to say that I had to suffer a loss of family to remember my priorities. But once you reconnect life blooms.

Sometimes life does get in the way. It's good when something happens to remind us that life is a gift and we can enjoy that gift before it's too late.
