Some strategies I use to get inexpensive help:
Obvious - call on friends and neighbors and relatives (brother, daughters, sometimes my mom will even help me)
My neighborhood has a web page and I have posted for help on there, offering what I could afford per hour. I got a mom with her two teenagers and we got a lot done, mostly moving a new rug I had bought and then some furniture too.
Hired a junk guy who recycles - they come and give you a price and they take whatever you point at, with the promise that they will reuse anything that they can. It cuts down the time it takes to donate things myself.
Going to take Doobrie's advice and skip the gym for a little bit - I have to start thinking of it as a social time and make sure to get there at least once a week with my friend. I know that will motivate me to go other times too.
Maybe I will just get one lemon and do the 10-day cleanse with less lemon juice than written in the instructions. No one is the boss of me! Ha.
Deep breaths! I skipped having a donut this morning, as training is happening in the room next door and all the trainers bring donuts. (Patting me on the back)
