For those who are not on a Keto diet , have you ever tried powdered peanut butter. This stuff is great. It is REAL peanuts that have been pressed to remove the oil, leaving all the flavor and protein intact. My go-to use is to mix in with plain yogurt . I make my own ice cream a lot. I will mix the peanut butter powder into my vanilla base for a great, true peanut butter taste. You can also mix it in with water to make the consistency you want for a PB&J. Check it out. Many grocery stores sell it, Amazon and I even find it at TJ Max, Ross’s and Marshall’s. Check it out.

I’m on keto and I’ve had it. PBfit or PB2. It’s tasty and you can do a lot with it. I make keto brownies with 1c ea ground walnut & cocoa, 4 eggs 🥚 and 1/2c coconut 🥥 oil, and 3/4c xylitol. I use PB2 powder mixed with a little of the batter and spread on top. Bake it 350F for 30-40 mins.

I don’t know if it is the same type of product. It is not related to any type of diet. I really like it mixed in plain non-fat yogurt.

Thanks for the tip— I don’t do Keto, but It is always good to try new recipes.
