This was another meal that I had to just search the food list and pick a “like” item. I don’t think it is anymore than a ballpark at best.but it is what it is. I make homemade New England clam chowder. Made it as I always do, with half and half and no salt added chicken and beef stock. It was good. Have no idea how close the nutritional values were, and many of the ingredients or products I use are not in the database. I have used the site to create my own recipes but have had almost zero luck with that. I don’t care enough to go through the effort to fiquere it out. It is just for my information anyway.
