Went for a physical yesterday and have to go get blood taken again.. yay me.. their scale has me dropping 6lbs since I went in February when I was sick. She's happy I am going to the gym and loosing weight on a long term basis. She said same as I have that first month or two ignore the scale and eventually it will drop once I have built enough muscle. So two thumbs up from the doc.. lol she even liked my shirt hahaha.
