Oh my goodness! Chicken stuffed with 2 different cheeses and sauteed mushrooms & garlic, in a creamy parmesan sauce. I served this over egg noodles (kept my portion very small & only ate half a piece of chicken. I tend to splurge a bit for Sunday dinner.
