So far, so good. Had an orange for snack instead of cheese crackers, and planned out the day. Under 1000 calories, less than 20 grams of fat. Got out my measuring cup for snacks. I put in a piece of cake - I know I won't resist that. But I won't drink lemonade at the dance tonight because I usually drink enough to wipe out the calorie burn from the dancing!
Dang it, forgot my fitbit. oh, well, not important, just really need to stick to the eating plan.
If I plan for 1000, I might slip and go to 1200, which is better than planning for 1200 and slipping to 1500 which is what I have been doing.

That is a good point about the calories. You gave me an idea. Maybe I should go below my calorie amount then if I go over it will be on target. Thanks.
