I knew my weight would flip flop some, but dang! 4 pounds in 2 days?! My two days off his week were spent finishing up painting the oldest son's bedroom, then celebrating his birthday Tues then my hubby's birthday yesterday. Indulged in cake, albeit small pieces, but still, it's added sugar. Trying my best to drink more water and eat more fiber because the poop factory hasn't been producing much (sorry, TMI). I think some of the weight is is from that. I fixed chili last night and the beans did their job today. Weighed when I got home from work, and I was down at least a pound. Maybe I need to eat beans every freaking day, lol. Painting the other kid's bedroom this weekend, which means I'm gonna be too tired to cook, which means doing my best not to eat like crap. On a.good note, the sun finally came out today (it's been raining everyday for weeks...not constant, but enough to be miserable) and it was in the 70's, so the youngest went for a walk/run with me after work. Did about 2 miles since we only had 30-45 min of daylight left. Not too shabby. Having a late supper tho, since we've been prepping his room for the paint this evening.
