I ate half of the box.. probably would have been better off if I inputted the ingredients, but I was lazy and just put in 3cup chef salad which came out to 29g of carb eeeek. kid ate all my tomatoes though hehehe

It's an iceburg lettuce, but the tomatoe was the carby part. My kid was more than willing participant in eating those. It has a huge amount of cheese, turkey, ham, and bacon.

And the carbs or ttom started so one of those made a spike today or combo.. But I have the rest of the salad for today. Will sit down and total up the real carbs

Tomatoes are my weakness, I love them!! Luckily, there is some fiber, so it takes a little away from the carb count! haha!!
