This is my go-to smoothie for fat and potassium. 1/3c Thai coconut milk, 1/3c frozen raspberries, 1c spinach, 1/2 avocado, stevia, ice and a few drops of doTerra wild orange essential oil (secret ingredient to make it taste amazing!)

I come up with 574 mg of potassium. I am so curious as to how people can come up with 3000 mg. That is the minimum that keto people need I read.

I agree! It does add more than most foods haha. You can take lite-salt. 1/4t has 350mg potassium and 290 sodium but I’ve heard to try to get what you can from food sources first

You could always add more spinach for minimal calories to help with potassium...

Wow, I had never heard of it! I'm actually low on sodium unfortunately and I want to try to take more to see if it makes a difference. If I work in the garden in a squat position and I get up I feel dizzy. I won't be able to test to see if it makes a difference until the spring but I'm excited about it. For now I have hope at least! I will see if more sodium takes away the dizziness. That is certainly an interesting salt though! I started buying the pink Himalayan salt because it says that it has many trace minerals and iron in it. Always trying to improve one way or another!
