WOW - I just now realized the calories burned go down as we lose weight! No wonder it seems I am eating less in order to maintain my 2000+ calorie deficit each day.I want to increase my exercise duration but some days the calendar only allows for a shorter walk than what I would like to be able to do. But I do exercise every day - rain or shine!

I know, this is frustrating! i don't burn as many calories as i did when i weighed more, and now i have to work harder. geez. it should be the other way 'round. cheers- d
