I started on April 1st and have lost 14 pounds in the month of April. I had to estimate my start weight though because I had not yet bought a scale. (Something I long dreaded and avoided...).
I know loss will be slower now as I move forward but hope to see the scale consistently move down - even if small increments. I need support to NOT give up when frustrated with a plateau.

Good job. You can do it. Even a 1/2 pound loss is better then nothing. I had to estimate my start weight too. My scale only went to 310. I figured since I lost the first few pound within days I was maybe about 312, I may have been more, not 100% sure! But it does not matter. I am in a pair of pants that were too tight a few months ago.

Yes - I agree about the clothes being a better gauge of success the the number on the scale - and how much better I feel eating well and walking! I am impatient at times and can smetimes quit when frustrated. I will need support.
