If you have a really accurate scale, would you please tell the type you own? Thanks!
I had a pretty good day today - walked three miles, and have eaten well and under my RDI...but I am unsure whether the scale will move at my next weigh-in. I am so fed up with the digital scale I own. It gives three or four different numbers and I pick an average!

I got this scale about 9 months ago and have been pleased. It calculates body fat so you can know your trend there, but I'm not sure of the accuracy of the body fat. The scale is good - it does kind of remember your weight, so if you step on it and then off and then back on, it will just keep the same weight. If you want to double check your weight, you have to kind of move around on it and then stand still again. But I have felt that it is accurate from day to day - no fluctuations other than normal weight.
