Hang Power Clean (5x3)

3(or 4) sets of 10 reps:
Front Squat
1 Leg Rom Deadlift
Bench Press
Dumbbell Row
Push Press
1 Arm Lat Pulldown
Seated Russian Twist
Combo Chinups/Leg Lifts
Dips
Single Ball Pushups w/feet on Bosu
Plank - opposite elbow to knee (3 x 40 seconds)

20 Minutes Cardio (HIIT)
