I unofficially weighed myself this morning - looks like it is still going down maybe another 3 pounds; but I do not want to get obsessed with the scale. The stupid digital scales seem inaccurate as they will give you a couple different weights at the same weigh-in. My clothes are a better indicator of weight loss anyway.

More burning sensation on my left knee when I kneel down - but it doesn't hurt at any other time so I don"t know what is up with it.

I likely will take a break from the walking today and then go out tomorrow for a longer session and see how the knee feels.

I felt really angry tonight but chose not to eat my feelings - I went out and saw a movie to distract myself from the hurt feelings. It was one of only a handful of times I went to a movie and did not eat any movie popcorn or drink soda!
