Wasn't too pleased with my weigh-in this morning. Honestly I expected a bit more. Especially since the first weigh in happened in the afternoon.
But I need to learn to be brutaly honest with myself!!! It was only when I had added every last little bit into my food diary, that I noticed that no matter how much or I how hard I work out, I will never lose this weight if I don't cut certain things out or at least drastically reduce them!!!
The culprit: ALCOHOL. There I said it.
There are so many empty calories in it. And if I honour my body in the food and exercise department, why do I ruin it by having too many drinks?
This stops here and now!!!
Enough negativity!!!
Today is a bright, sunny, crisp and cold day. Just been for my 1/2 hour walk and I am feeling positiv and energised. Snacking on some carrots from the garden. Tonight, after walking the dogs, I will go and train again with James.
