Wasn't too pleased with my weigh-in this morning. Honestly I expected a bit more. Especially since the first weigh in happened in the afternoon.

But I need to learn to be brutaly honest with myself!!!
It was only when I had added every last little bit into my food diary, that I noticed that no matter how much or I how hard I work out, I will never lose this weight if I don't cut certain things out or at least drastically reduce them!!!

The culprit: ALCOHOL. There I said it.

There are so many empty calories in it. And if I honour my body in the food and exercise department, why do I ruin it by having too many drinks?

This stops here and now!!!

Enough negativity!!!

Today is a bright, sunny, crisp and cold day. Just been for my 1/2 hour walk and I am feeling positiv and energised. Snacking on some carrots from the garden. Tonight, after walking the dogs, I will go and train again with James.

Alcohol is very high in calories and it always takes me about two days to lose the extra weight from it. Well done on your resolve to give it up 😃
