Weight just back from vacation. :-(

Time to start a new diet. Eat only when hungry. Ask myself "do I really need to have that?" Remind myself that I could eat that (pastry, sandwich, mocha, etc.) but I don't want to. Returning to lo carb is hard but I can do it!
66.4 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
