Exercise more; eat a lot less. Did the treadmill today early in the morning (downstairs neighbors be damned) & at my highest speed yet :-)
65.4 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
