Woke at 222.6, up 1.0 from yesterday after sitting up until 2 am watching YouTube music videos and drinking wine with Em. Made a flying trip to the airport and she just made her flight! Then I came home and slept until after noon. Got a 221.0 weigh in then and really low body water percentage (52 percent). Had a small brunch and will wait until dinner for more. Trying to flush some water through and I should be able to hit the two-teens again today. Targeting 1868 calories. UPDATE: Down to 219.2 before dinner. Ate a couple of bratwursts and a thick slice of cheese.
