Yesterday was not the best eating day that I have had in quite a while. Groan, because I want to stick to my good habits,

Today I am headed to Sacramento for work, which means eating out. That can be super hard, especially because I don't eat out all that much. Fun, but the calories are usually way high and I will be sitting in trainings all day which means low calorie burn.
