Woke at 220.2, up 1.2 from yesterday. Eating OK on calories and macros. My lasix prescription runs out at the end of the week and I can't refill it until September 30 after that. Will see what happens when I don't have that crutch for water loss. Targeting 1742 calories today. UPDATE: Ate a light lunch but it was very late and after a large meeting I facilitated that took a lot of brainpower. Wow, I was famished after that! Came home starving but weighing 218.2. At least it went downward today. Ate big protein at dinner and finished on target for calories and OK on macros.

I know your meds tend to make you retain fluids. My tried and true seems to work pretty well for me. Low carb meals, B-Complex vitamins (time-released), and drinking lemon water in the morning. I don't always practice what I preach but I know this works. LOL!
