I'm on a high-fat, low-carb, low-calorie WOE till I see my doctor again in mid-July. Does anyone else go through bloat or 2-4 lbs of weight gain over a two-day period of time... despite limiting calories? I know I'd be building muscle mass by doing a bit of moderate activity (e.g. push mower on half acre), but seriously? I am dumbfounded.
